ケネディクス不動産投資法人が第15期(平成24年10月期)業績予想を発表した。第15期はオフィスビル1棟を売却する。これに伴う売却益597百万円が寄与し前期予想比18%増益を見込むが、土地等を先行取得した場合の課税特例を活用し291百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は9,400円と前期を1.1%上回る見通し。
