ケネディクス不動産投資法人(KRI)が大田区のオフィスビルを売却する。売却する物件は、JR京浜東北線大森駅前に位置する、平成2年竣工、KRIが平成18年に取得したオフィスビル。売却価格は42億円。簿価との差額は843百万円を想定し物件売却益は第15期(平成24年10月期)に計上されるが、平成21-22年に土地等を先行取得した場合の課税特例を活用し、土地売却益一部を内部留保することも検討する。
