ケネディクス不動産投資法人が第13期（平成23年10月期）決算を発表した。第13期は、公募増資、オフィスビル4棟取得及び1棟売却を行った。これによる賃貸収益及び物件売却益が寄与し前期比32%増益、物件売却益545百万円うち303百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は9,596円となった。併せてオフィスビル8棟の取得を発表。8棟の取得額は計285億円。売り主はAIGエジソン生命。取得資金は借入金及び自己資金を充てる。これに伴い第14期（平成24年4月期）業績予想は、賃貸収益が増加する一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなることから17%減益、内部留保より143百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は9,300円となる見通し。
