ケネディクス不動産投資法人が第12期（平成23年4月期）決算を発表した。第12期はオフィスビル4棟を取得。前期の物件売却益がなくなったことやファイナンス費用の増加等により、前期比11%減益、1口当たり分配金は9,891円となった。第13期（平成23年10月期）は、KDX平河町を売却予定。これに伴う物件売却益535百万円が寄与し11%増益を見込むが、売却益のうち257百万円を内部留保することにより、1口当たり分配金は9,900円となる見通し。
