ケネディクス不動産投資法人が第13期（平成23年10月期）業績予想を発表した。保有物件1棟売却により売却益535百万円が寄与し前期予想比14%増益を見込むが、土地等の先行取得をした場合の課税特例制度を活用し、売却益のうち259百万円を内部留保するため、1口当たり分配金は10,000円と前期予想と同額の見通し。
