ケネディクス不動産投資法人が保有するオフィスビルを売却する。売却する物件は千代田区平河町にある昭和63年竣工のオフィスビル。売却価格は58億円。売却価格と簿価の差額は680百万円となり売却益が発生するが、土地等を先行取得した場合の課税特例制度を活用した圧縮記帳により内部留保する予定。
