ケネディクス不動産投資法人が第11期(平成22年10月期)決算を発表した。第11期は、オフィスビル1棟及びレジデンス1棟を売却。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働及び物件売却益により前期比1.5%増益となるが、土地等を先行取得した場合の課税特例を適用することにより、土地売却益の80%(65百万円)を内部留保するため、1口当たり分配金は10,881円となった。第12期(平成23年4月期)は、オフィスビル3棟を取得するも、前期の物件売却益がなくなることや既存物件の賃貸収益の減少、支払利息の増加等により13%減益、前期の内部留保65百万円を活用し、1口当たり分配金は10,000円となる見通し。
