ケネディクス不動産投資法人が保有するオフィスビルとレジデンス計2棟を売却する。2棟の売却額は計25億円。売却代金は、今後の物件取得資金に充当する。コート新御徒町の売却損をKDX新宿御苑ビルの売却益と相殺する結果、第11期（平成22年10月期）は売却益が発生するが、土地等の先行取得をした場合の課税特例制度を活用し、売却益の一部を内部留保するため、業績予想の修正はなし。
