ケネディクス不動産投資法人が第10期（平成22年4月期）決算を発表した。第10期はオフィスビル5棟を取得（うち1棟は追加取得）。これにより前期比1.8%増収、また前期の物件売却損がなくなったことにより22%増益、期初に増資を行い投資口数が16%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は10,993円と前期を上回った。第11期（平成22年10月期）は前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し1.6%増収を見込む一方、水光熱費及び修繕費の増加、支払利息の増加等により5.3%減益、1口当たり分配金は10,400円となる見通し。
