ケネディクス不動産投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は33,550口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出1,450口。33,550口のうち1,200口は資産運用会社が取得する。調達資金は約100億円を見込み、オフィスビル4棟（うち1棟は追加取得）の取得資金に充当する。4棟の取得価格は計88億円。これに伴い第10期（平成22年4月期）業績予想を発表。4棟の賃貸収益が寄与し、前期予想比28%増益、投資口数が最大で17%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は10,000円と前期を上回る見通し。
