ケネディクス不動産投資法人が第8期(平成21年4月期)決算を発表した。第8期は、オフィスビル2棟を売却した。前期の物件売却益がなくなる一方、物件売却損492百万円計上により、前期比22%減益、1口当たり実績分配金は12,172円となった。併せて、平成19年4月に契約した(仮称)栄4丁目事務所ビルの取得価格及び賃貸借契約を変更することを発表。想定収支の変更に伴い、建物取得価格を18%減額するとともに、売り主との賃料保証マスターリース契約を取り止めた。 第9期(平成21年10月期)は、上記物件の想定収益見直し等により、4月22日公表した業績予想を修正。従来予想比7%減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は11,900円となる見通し。
