ケネディクス不動産投資法人が第9期(平成21年10月期)決算を発表した。第9期は1棟取得及び2棟売却を行った。賃貸収益の減少及び融資関連費用の増加等により前期比13%減益、1口当たり分配金は10,511円となった。第10期(平成22年4月期)は投資口の追加発行を行い、4棟を取得予定。4棟の賃貸収入及び前期の物件売却損がなくなることにより14%増益、投資口数16%増加により、1口当たり分配金は10,300円と前期を2%下回る見通し。
