ケネディクス不動産投資法人が第7期決算を発表、資産運用会社に伊藤忠商事が資本参加

ケネディクス不動産投資法人(KRI)が第7期(平成20年10月期)決算を発表した。第7期は3棟取得及び2棟売却を行った。賃貸収益が増加する一方、物件売却益が減少したため、前期比6.5%減益、1口当たり分配金は15,618円となった。第8期(平成21年4月期)は、前期の物件売却益がなくなること及び支払利息の増加等により7.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は14,400円となる見通し。KRIは現在の市場環境を鑑みて、当面資産規模の拡大は目標とせず、オフィスビルについては資産の入替、商業施設やレジデンスは売却を進めていく方向。また併せて、資産運用会社に伊藤忠商事が参画することを発表。現在ケネディクスが保有する資産運用会社の全株式のうち10%を伊藤忠商事に売却する。
