ケネディクス不動産投資法人(KRI)が第8期（平成21年4月期）業績予想を公表した。第8期は、第7期（平成20年10月期）業績予想比で僅かに増収を見込むものの、支払利息の増加（118百万円増）により4％減益となり、1口当たり分配金は14,400円を見込んでいる。 なおJ-REITでは、多くの銘柄が決算期経過後にもかかわらず、重要な投資指標である当期業績予想を公表しないことが多い。その中でKRIは、決算期末前に翌期の業績予想を公表する数少ない銘柄である。
