ケネディクス不動産投資法人が第6期（平成20年4月期）決算を発表した。第6期は、オフィスビル14棟取得、レジデンス23棟売却によって、ポートフォリオを従来の総合型からオフィスビル主体へ移行。物件売却益9.5億円が寄与し、前期比19.7%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,711円となった。第7期（平成20年10月期）は、2棟取得する一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、10%減益、1口当たり分配金は15,000円となる見通し。今後さらにオフィスビルの投資比率を上げていく意向。併せて、保有する福岡の都市型商業施設1棟を売却に向けて協議中であることを発表。売却価格が決定次第、6月中に売却する予定。
