ケネディクス不動産投資法人が名古屋のオフィスビルを取得する。物件は、名古屋市営地下鉄栄駅より徒歩3分、広小路通沿いに平成21年6月竣工予定の11階建てオフィスビル。現在未竣工であるため、土地は契約時に、建物は竣工後にそれぞれ取得する。取得後1年間は、売り主と固定賃料マスターリース、それ以後はエンドテナントと直接契約となる予定。併せて、第7期（平成20年10月期）業績予想を発表した。上記取得する土地の収益を併せ、前期比0.2%増収となる一方、第6期に計上される物件売却益がなくなるため8.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は15,000円となる見通し。
