ケネディクス不動産投資法人が第4期（平成19年4月期）決算を発表した。第4期は、第3期に続きレジデンス2棟の売却及びオフィスビル10棟の取得行った。これにより前期比1%増益、1口当たり分配金は13,682円となった。第5期（平成19年10月期）は、第4期取得物件の通期収益寄与及び5棟の取得により24.7%増益となる一方、投資口数27%増加により、1口当たり分配金は13,400円となる見通し。
