ケネディクス不動産投資法人（KRI）が港区のオフィスビルを取得する。物件は、地下鉄虎ノ門駅より徒歩1分にある昭和63年竣工9階建てオフィスビル。現在未稼働の状態。築年数が経過していることから、KRIは取得後に大規模リニューアルを予定。 一方、KRIは保有するレジデンス2棟を売却する。2棟の売却額は計16億円。売却益約1.5億円は第4期（平成19年4月期）に計上される。なお、KRIは、前期（2006年10月期）の決算発表時に、オフィスビルへの投資割合を高めていく方針を示している。
