ケネディクス不動産投資法人（KRI）が、ムーディーズより格付けを取得した。格付けはA3、アウトルックは安定的。ムーディーズによれば、複合型の分散されたポートフォリオによるキャッシュフローの安定性、中規模ビルの物件取得手法、AM・PM能力、保守的な財務方針等を評価している。一方、資産運用会社独自の物件取得実績を築くこと及びコミットメントライン設定などにより資金調達への対応を図る必要性を指摘している。
