ケネディクス不動産投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行うことを発表した。発行口数は73,660口（国内50,370口、海外23,290口）、その他オーバーアロットメントによる売出3,970口予定。これによって総投資口数は最大で157,000口と従来の倍になる。 また、オフィスビル10棟、レジデンス14棟、商業施設1棟の取得を発表。取得額は総額で56,769百万円。これに売却予定の2棟を反映すると、5月10日における資産残高は取得価格ベースで137,759百万円と、3月末時点の70%増となる。 これに伴い、KRIは第2期（平成18年4月期）及び第3期（平成18年10月期）業績予想を修正。第2期は、前回の予想発表以降取得した2棟が寄与し6%増益、1口当たり分配金は13,800円となる見込み。上記投資口の追加及び物件取得・売却が反映される第3期は、前期比86%の増益、1口当たり分配金は13,000円と、希薄化が生じないことを予想している。物件売却益が150百万円見込まれており、予想発行口数換算ベースで１口当たり分配金に対して955円程度寄与している。
