森トラストリート投資法人が、業績予想を修正した。 合併後初となる第43期（2023年8月期）は、保有資産の耐用年数の算出方法を見直すことにより、耐用年数が従来より長期化するため、各期における減価償却費が減少する。加えて変動賃料のホテル4物件の賃料の上振れを反映し、4月に公表した業績予想に対し11.3％増益を見込む。新橋駅前MTRビルの売却益の一部を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は1,700円と7.3％増となる見通し。 第44期（2024年2月期）も同様に、減価償却費の減少及びホテルの変動賃料の増加により、前回予想比9.6％増益を見込む。新橋駅前MTRビルの売却益の一部を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は1,728円と前回予想を8.0％上回る見通し。
