森トラスト総合リート投資法人（MTR）の資産運用会社である森トラスト・アセットマネジメントと、森トラスト・ホテルリート投資法人（MTH）の資産運用会社である森トラスト・ホテルアセットマネジメントが来年3月に合併する。存続会社は森トラスト・アセットマネジメント。 森トラストグループにおける資産運用業務を共有することによって、資産運用の高度化及び効率化を図るとともに、両投資法人による共同投資の可能性も探る。 なお、MTRがオフィス・商業施設・ホテルを投資対象とし、MTHがホテルを投資対象とするため、ホテルの取得において競合となる可能性があるが、物件情報の優先順位を設け、利益相反を防ぐ。
