森トラスト総合リート投資法人が、第33期（2018年9月期）決算を発表した。 第33期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した広尾MTRビルの通期稼働、テナント入替えによる賃料増額、減価償却費及び支払利息減少により、前期比0.4％増益。内部留保より11百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,650円と前期と同額となった。 期末のポートフォリオは15物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,240億円、有利子負債比率は47.1％。 第34期（2019年3月期）は、天神プライムのテナント入替やイトーヨーカドー湘南台店の契約見直しによる収益減、修繕費の増加を見込む一方、既存物件の賃料増額や仲介手数料の減少等により、前期比0.1％増益を見込む。内部留保より5百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,650円となる見通し。 第35期（2019年9月期）は、大崎MTビルのテナント退去を見込むが、既存物件の賃料増額、修繕費の減少により、当期純利益は前期予想と同水準を見込む。内部留保より5百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,650円となる見通し。
