森トラスト総合リート投資法人が、第27期（平成27年9月期）決算を発表した。第27期は、御堂筋MTRビルを取得する一方、銀座MTRビル（共有持分残50％）と大阪丸紅ビルを売却した。売却に伴い賃貸収益が減少するが、物件売却損が前期より減少するため、前期比15.5％増益。売却益の一部を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は4,530円となった。期末のポートフォリオは15棟、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,281億円、有利子負債比率は48.6％。第28期（平成28年3月期）は、前期の物件売却損益がなくなることや、紀尾井町ビルの主要テナント退去により、前期比31.8％減益を見込む。内部留保を一部取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,500円となる見通し。続く第29期（平成28年9月期）は、前期予想比1.1％増益を見込む。内部留保を一部取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,520円となる見通し。
