森トラスト総合リート投資法人が三田MTビルを売却する。本物件は、2012年11月大口テナント退去後一部空室が続いている点、築40年経過しているため修繕費の増加が懸念される点から、スポンサーである森トラストに売却する。売却額は130億円。売却損約27億円が第26期（平成27年3月期）に計上されるが、業績予想に既に織り込み済であり、修正はなし。
