森トラスト総合リート投資法人が第21期（平成24年9月期）決算を発表した。第21期は福岡のオフィスビルを取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与するも、前期の底地売却益がなくなることから前期比1.3%減益。前期に内部留保したため、1口当たり分配金は19,639円と前期を0.7%上回った。第22期（平成25年3月期）は、神奈川の商業施設を取得。丸紅大阪本社ビルが丸紅とのマスターリース契約からエンドテナントとの賃貸借契約へ変更、また三田MTビルの主要テナントが11月末退去予定。新規物件及び丸紅大阪本社ビルの固定資産受贈益が寄与するも、テナント退去による減収を見込み、前期比3.2%減益、1口当たり分配金は19,000円となる見通し。なお、続く第23期（平成25年9月期）業績予想は、テナント入居や賃料改定の見通しができた時点で開示する予定。
