森トラスト総合リート投資法人が、5月15日公表した第21期（平成24年9月期）及び第22期（平成25年3月期）1口当たり予想分配金を修正した。第21期は天神プライムを取得。1口当たり分配金は従来予想比3.2%増の19,400円となる見通し。第22期は天神プライムの通期稼働及び丸紅大阪本社ビルの固定資産受贈益が寄与し、内部留保の取り崩しを行わず、1口当たり分配金は従来予想比5.1%増の18,400円となる見通し。
