森トラスト総合リート投資法人が第20期（平成24年3月期）決算を発表した。第20期はフレスポ稲毛（底地）の50%を売却。これによる売却益246百万円が寄与し、前期比5.8%増益、売却益のうち147百万円を内部留保とするも、分配金総額4,719百万円、1口当たり分配金は19,504円と前期を3.6%上回った。第21期（平成24年9月期）は、前期の売却益がなくなることから5.6%減益、1口当たり分配金は18,800円となる見通し。続く第22期（平成25年3月期）は、三田MTビルのテナント退去による減収及び管理費の増加を見込み、前期予想比8%減益、内部留保を一部取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は17,500円となる見通し。
