森トラスト総合リート投資法人が第19期（平成23年9月期）決算を発表した。第19期における物件取得はなし。平成22年に取得した東京汐留ビルディングの固都税計上の影響により前期比8%減益、1口当たり分配金は18,819円となった。併せてフレスポ稲毛（底地）の50%を借地人である大和リースへ売却する基本合意を締結したことを発表。同社より地代減額訴訟を受けており、売却が実施されれば和解となる見込み。第20期（平成24年3月期）は底地売却益245百万円計上が寄与し、前期比4%増益、土地等を先行取得した場合の課税特例を適用し、売却益うち147百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は19,200円となる見通し。続く第21期（平成24年9月期）1口当たり分配金は19,000円となる見通し。
