森トラスト総合リート投資法人が第18期（平成23年3月期）決算を発表した。第18期の物件取得はなし。前期の物件売却益がなくなるも、支払利息の減少等により、前期比2%増益、1口当たり分配金は20,486円となった。第19期（平成23年9月期）は、東京汐留ビルディングの固都税計上等により前期比9%減益、1口当たり分配金は18,650円となる見通し。続く第20期（平成24年3月期）は増収増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は19,100円となる見通し。
