森トラスト総合リート投資法人が第17期（平成22年9月期）決算を発表した。第17期は、東京汐留ビルディングを取得する一方、赤坂見附MTビルを売却。これに伴い物件売却益185百万円及び賃貸収益増が寄与し前期比33%増益、公募増資に伴い投資口数が33%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は20,079円と前期を上回った。第18期（平成23年3月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなることにより1.5%減収となるも、支払利息の減少等により0.3%増益、1口当たり分配金は20,150円となる見通し。続く第19期（平成23年9月期）は東京汐留ビルディングの固都税361百万円計上等により8%減益、1口当たり分配金は18,500円となる見通し。
