森トラスト総合リート投資法人が第15期（平成21年9月期）決算を発表した。第15期は物件の取得はなし。賃貸収入が増加する一方、前期に計上した本店移転に伴う補償金がなくなることから、前期比1.3%減益、1口当たり分配金は22,672円となった。第16期（平成22年3月期）は、銀座MTRビル（旧日産自動車本社ビル新館）がエンドテナントの日産自動車の11月退去後リニューアル工事を予定。未稼働期間の発生及び支払利息の増加等により16%減益、1口当たり分配金は19,000円となる見通し。続く第17期（平成22年9月期）は銀座MTRビルの通期稼働を見込み5%増益、1口当たり分配金は20,000円となる見通し。
