森トラスト総合リート投資法人が第15期（平成21年9月期）1口当たり予想分配金を修正した。テナントとの賃料交渉に伴う増額改定及び精算金の計上、賃貸事業費用の減少により、1口当たり予想分配金は従来予想比4.1%増の22,180円となる見通し。
