森トラスト総合リート投資法人が第14期（平成21年3月期）決算を発表した。第14期は、期初に第三者割当増資を行い、投資口数が13%増加するも、前期に取得したONビルの通期稼働、また本店移転に伴う補償金347百万円が寄与し、前期比28%増益、1口当たり分配金は22,962円となった。第15期（平成21年9月期）は、上記移転補償金がなくなるため、7%減益、1口当たり分配金は21,300円となる見通し。第16期（平成22年3月期）は、日産自動車本社ビルのエンドテナントである日産自動車が平成21年11月に退去予定。平成22年4月に新規テナントが入居するまでの間大規模リニューアル工事を予定しているため、一時的に減収を見込む。前期比11%減益、1口当たり予想分配金は18,900円となる見通し。
