森トラスト総合リート投資法人が第13期（平成20年9月期）決算を発表した。第13期はオフィスビル1棟を取得し前期比15%増益、1口当たり分配金は20,377円となった。第14期（平成21年3月期）は、スポンサーである森トラストを割当先とした第三者割当増資を行い、総投資口数が13%増加するも、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し、1口当たり分配金は20,580円と1%増となる見通し。続く第15期（平成21年9月期）1口当たり分配金は21,300円となる見通し。
