森トラスト総合リート投資法人（MTR)は、スポンサー企業である森トラスト(株)に対し次期期首の10月1日に第三者割当増資を行うことを公表した。割当口数は22,000口、1口当たり発行価額は800,000円とし、これにより176億円の資金調達を行う。増資後の借入金比率は44％まで低下する見込み。 併せて第13期（平成20年9月期）及び第14期（平成21年3月期）業績予想修正を公表した。8月29日に400億円弱で「ONビル」を取得した時点で業績予想を修正していなかったため、次期期首に増資を行うも物件の通期収益稼働が寄与し上方修正となる。
