森トラスト総合リート投資法人（MTR）が品川区のオフィスビルを取得する。物件は、JR山手線大崎駅より徒歩7分にある、平成2年竣工21階建てオフィスビル。MTRは、テナントの神戸製鋼所と平成23年3月まで賃貸借契約を継承する。当該物件は、MTRが既に保有している大崎MTビルに隣接し、これら2棟で大崎ビジネスガーデンを形成する。今回の取得に伴う第13期（平成20年9月期）業績予想の修正はないが、取得価格総額に対する有利子負債比率が55%と高い水準となる。このためMTRは資金計画を検討中としており、決定次第、第14期（平成21年3月期）業績予想を発表する予定。
