森トラスト総合リート投資法人が第11期（平成19年9月期）決算を発表した。第11期は1棟取得を行い前期比2.8％増益、1口あたり分配金は19,264円となった。 第12期（平成20年3月期）は、前期取得物件が通期稼働するものの「大崎MTビル」の大規模改修による一時的な減収により11.2％減益、1口あたり分配金は17,100円となる見通し。
