森トラスト総合リート投資法人が第10期（平成19年3月期）決算を発表した。第10期は、前期に発生した日立本社ビルの売却益がなくなるため、前期比18%減益だが、予想数値を4%上回り、1口当たり分配金は18,746円となった。第11期（平成19年9月期）は商業施設1棟を取得し前期比1.3%増益、1口当たり分配金は19,000円となる見通し。
