森トラスト総合リート投資法人が第8期（平成18年3月期）決算及び第9期（平成18年9月期）業績予想を発表した。第8期は「大崎MTビル」を追加取得を行った。当期利益は予想比7%増の3,082百万円、1口当たり分配金は19,265円となった。第9期は、「日立本社ビル」の売却に伴う収益約9億円と、「赤坂見附MTビル」取得による収益が寄与し、18%の増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は22,850円と過去最高額となる見通し。
