森トラスト総合リート投資法人が第9期（平成18年9月期）決算を発表した。第9期は、オフィスビル1棟とホテル1棟を取得する一方、日立本社ビルを売却した。売却益925百万円が寄与し、前期比20%増益、1口当たり分配金は23,075円となり、6ヶ月の実績ベースでは全REIT中の最高額となる。第10期（平成19年3月期）は、上記売却益がなくなるため、22%減益、1口当たり分配金は18,000円となる見通し。
