森トラスト総合リート投資法人（MTR）が神戸のホテルを取得する。物件は、神戸市中央区、メリケンパーク内にあるホテルオークラ。平成元年竣工35階建て。至近には、ジャパン・ホテル・アンド・リゾート投資法人が保有するオリエンタルホテルも位置する。MTRがホテルを取得するのは初。テナントの（株）ホテルオークラ神戸との契約は平成34年3月末まで。実質固定賃料で賃貸する。この取得でMTRの資産規模は1,421億円と15%増加し、日立本社ビル売却前の規模を超える。
