東急リアル・エステート投資法人が、第35期（2021年1月期）及び第36期（2021年7月期）業績予想を修正した。 第35期は、コロナ禍の影響による賃料減額が当初予想より減少したこと、修繕費等の賃貸費用が減少したことにより、9月に公表した業績予想に対し6.2％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,740円となる見通し。 第36期は、固都税等の賃貸費用の減少により、前回予想比4.4％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,350円となる見通し。
