東急リアル・エステート投資法人が第22期（平成26年7月期）決算を発表した。第22期における物件取得はなし。支払利息が減少する一方、固都税や運用報酬の増加等により、前期比1.8％減益。投資口5分割により1口当たり分配金は2,517円となった。期末の有利子負債比率は44.6％。第23期（平成27年1月期）は、ビーコンヒルプラザを売却。これに伴う売却益466百万円計上により4.3％増益を見込むが、うち125百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は2,500円となる見通し。続く第24期（平成27年7月期）は前期の売却益がなくなることから13.5％減益を見込むが、内部留保を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は2,400円となる見通し。
