東急リアル・エステート投資法人（TRE）が保有物件を売却することを発表した。売却する物件は、横浜市金沢区にあるイトーヨーカドー能見台店。TREが平成16年に取得したもの。売却先はテナントであるイトーヨーカ堂。イトーヨーカ堂との優先交渉権に基づき、売却を決定した。売却額は87.2億円。簿価との差額は535百万円となり、売却益468百万円が発生する見込み。これに併せて第22期（平成26年7月期）及び第23期（平成27年1月期）業績予想を修正。物件売却益を計上する第23期は、前回予想比4.7％増益となる見込みだが、建築工事費の上昇リスクに伴い計画工事を前倒しで行うため、売却益は分配しない予定。売却益のうち115百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は2,500円と変更なし。なお、売却代金を借入金返済に充当し、物件取得余力は213億円を見込む。
