東急リアル・エステート投資法人が第21期（平成26年1月期）決算を発表した。第21期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、東急虎ノ門ビル等計3棟（取得額計254億円）を取得。これにより前期比23%増益、投資口数が15%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は12,823円と前期を6.7%上回った。第22期（平成26年7月期）は、前期に取得した物件の固都税計上等により、前期比2.5%減益を見込む。投資口5分割に伴い、1口当たり分配金は2,500円（分割前12,500円）となる見通し。続く第23期（平成27年1月期）1口当たり分配金も2,500円（分割前12,500円）となる見通し。
