東急リアル・エステート投資法人が第20期（平成25年7月期）決算を発表した。第20期はオフィスビルの底地を取得。これにより前期比7.8%増益、1口当たり分配金は12,019円となった。第21期（平成26年1月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、3棟を取得。これにより前期比19%増益。投資口数が15%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は12,400円と前期を3.2%上回る見通し。続く第22期（平成26年7月期）1口当たり分配金は12,500円となる見通し。
