東急リアル・エステート投資法人（TRE）が投資口の追加発行を行う。TREの公募増資は2005年以来8年ぶり。発行口数は23,764口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し2,376口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は15.4%増の195,520口となる予定。調達資金は138億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、都内の商業施設1棟とオフィスビル2棟、3棟の取得額は計254億円。これによりTREの資産規模は12%増の2,296億円となる。これらに伴い、第21期（平成26年1月期）業績予想修正及び第22期（平成26年7月期）業績予想を発表。上記3棟の収益が寄与し、前回予想比17%増益、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は12,400円と前回予想を1.6%上回る見通し。続く第22期は3棟の通期寄与により前期予想比0.8%増益、1口当たり分配金は12,500円となる見通し。
