東急リアル・エステート投資法人が埼玉県蕨市にあるオフィスビルを底地を取得する。本件は、JR京浜東北線蕨駅より徒歩4分にあるOKIシステムセンターの底地。敷地面積17,021平米。売り主である沖電気工業と20年間の定期借地契約を締結する。これに伴い3月15日に公表した第20期（平成25年7月期）及び第21期（平成26年1月期）業績予想を修正。第20期は従来予想比4.3%増益、1口当たり分配金は12,000円となる見通し。続く第21期は5.2%増益、1口当たり分配金は12,200円となる見通し。
