東急リアル・エステート投資法人が第19期（平成25年1月期）決算を発表した。第19期における物件取得はなし。稼働率が改善するもフリーレントの影響及び修繕費の増加等により、前期比4.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,146円となった。第20期（平成25年7月期）は、フリーレントの解消及び修繕費の減少等により3.2%増益、1口当たり分配金は11,500円となる見通し。続く第21期（平成26年1月期）1口当たり分配金は11,600円となる見通し。
